Crystal sauna ice is like frosty spring ice. With Kide sauna ice, you get a new feeling and smell in the sauna - amazingly fresh. As a sauna scent, Kide sauna ice is a specialty and an interesting experience. Menthol crystal is synthetically produced from mint oil. The crystal is placed with a spoon on the stove on top of the stones, or added to a ladle and thrown into the ladle. You get a pleasant, slower-spreading scent in the sauna when you put a couple of small crystals or a small amount of sauna snow in a sauna cup/sauna boat filled with water.
Crystal sauna ice is enough, because the crystal is light and only a small crumb is needed - 30 g from the bag is enough for many great cool sauna moments.
NOTE! not directly on the heating elements of an electric heater - the crystal may catch fire as it is made of essential peppermint oil!
The crystal evaporates along with the water on the stones and releases a wonderfully fresh menthol scent into the air and creates a cool air bite, which is a fun contrast to a hot bath. The crystals can be handled with dry hands, menthol is released from the crystals into wet hands, which is very cooling. Menthol that gets on the skin from the hands in the sauna creates a special burning-cooling effect. It is safest to handle the crystals in the sauna, e.g. with a spoon. Store in a closed box in a dry place, out of the reach of children! The same menthol is also found in various ice gels and medicated creams, which are used for e.g. muscle injuries. Hile sauna ice is also a strong airway opener - suitable for flu season. Use carefully, start with a small amount, e.g. one small crystal.
Note! When sauna ice gets on the skin, it causes a particularly intense feeling of cold and also increases blood circulation. within the precincts of. This does not cause any danger to the skin, the feeling disappears after a while.

This is how you use a forest bath
Put the bath bag at the bottom of the cup, fill the cup with hot water and let it brew for about 15 minutes. In this way, the skin-care and soothing ingredients, essential oils, trace elements and minerals dissolve in the water. Pour the contents of the cup into the bath tub and add the right amount of water, warm or lukewarm, depending on what kind of bath experience you want. You can also brew the bath directly in the bathtub.
Facial rejuvenation: Squeeze the excess water out of the bag. Gently press and stroke the skin of your face, being careful not to get the salt water in your eyes. Dip the bag in the water again and repeat as many times as you feel comfortable. Finally, use the boiled water and the bag for a hand and foot bath.
Hand and foot bath: Prepare the bath according to the instructions. Please note that there should be at least enough water in the hand bath to cover your wrists and up to the ankles in the foot bath. Enjoy your bath for about 20 minutes or as long as you like. We recommend forest bathing in conjunction with the sauna to enhance the wellness effects of the sauna. A cool or cold forest bath also helps you enjoy the bath longer.
If you wish, you can also open the bag and the leaf grit and alpine salt will be released into your bath water. You can also enrich your bath with e.g. fresh herbs and flowers and adding a few drops of your desired essential oil. Do as you wish and enjoy your well-cared-for skin!
