The store sells products to adult private individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart using an online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information requested in connection with an order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities arising therein, unless otherwise stated. By ordering from the online store, you are assumed to have read and agreed to the current terms and conditions of delivery.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment transfer service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging fees. We will provide an estimate of future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You will see the exact delivery costs after you have selected your preferred payment and delivery methods for the order. The available delivery methods depend on the contents of the shopping cart and the total weight. You can choose the most suitable option from the available delivery methods at checkout, where the exact delivery cost is presented.

Delivery Time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you immediately of any delays after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform about exceptional delivery times on its pages.

Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the last batch of goods was received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order was received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email to puhtoinen.com@gmail.com).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will charge a return fee equal to normal postage costs of 6.90 € and will reimburse to you all payments
received from you, from which this 6.90 € will be deducted, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed
about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly
agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unclaimed Package

Failure to claim a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. We will not refund money for an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.

Problem Situations

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the section "Right of withdrawal and return policy" or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the transport company of your chosen delivery method.
