Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders received on weekdays before 2:00 PM (Finnish time) on the same day. Orders received after this time will usually be dispatched on the following business day.

Product Presentation
Products in the Puhtoinen online store are presented using one or more images together with a written product description. We make every effort to ensure that the colors shown, especially for cosmetics, accurately represent the actual product when viewed on a computer screen under indoor lighting. However, color reproduction varies between devices, so the product you receive may appear slightly different in shade from the images displayed on our website.

Each product includes an ingredient list. However, please always check the ingredient list on the product packaging before use, as product formulations may have changed after the website information was created.

Joining Our Email List
By placing an order through the Puhtoinen online store, you agree to join our email mailing list. The mailing list is used to inform customers about new products, special offers, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Receiving and Inspecting Your Order
Please check that you have received all products listed in your order confirmation, including the correct product shades, before opening or using them. Any errors must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your order. We cannot exchange or refund opened, tested, or used cosmetic products. In the event of a shipping error, our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product plus any additional shipping costs required for replacement.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order you have recently placed, please contact our customer service immediately by email at puhtoinen.com@gmail.com. Please wait for our reply before taking further action, as we may provide additional instructions. Including your order number will help speed up the process. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned according to our Return Policy.

If an item you ordered is out of stock or if we require additional information regarding your order, our customer service team will contact you primarily by email. Depending on your selected shipping method, location, and order timing, deliveries within Finland typically arrive within 1–4 business days. Any exceptions to our normal processing schedule will be announced on the Puhtoinen homepage.

Order Confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to your email address within a few minutes after placing your order. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact our customer service promptly so we can investigate the issue.

Your order confirmation includes:

• Order number
• Order contents
• Product numbers
• Product prices and total order value
• Selected payment and shipping method

A packing slip or receipt containing your order details is included with your shipment. Please keep this document for future reference.

Products and Pricing
Orders placed through the Puhtoinen online store are processed as described above under "Order Processing." Product prices are displayed alongside each product. All prices include applicable VAT. The VAT breakdown is shown in both the shopping cart and the order confirmation. Puhtoinen reserves the right to correct significant pricing errors or inaccuracies in product information caused by technical or human error.

Special Offers and Sales
Discounted prices are displayed together with the applicable products. Promotional prices are valid only for the stated campaign period and while stocks last. If a promotional product sells out during the campaign, additional stock may not become available before the promotion ends.

Product Warranty and Defects
Cosmetic products and food products sold by Puhtoinen do not include a warranty. If a product is an electrical device or another item covered by a manufacturer's warranty, this will be stated in the product description. Your order confirmation or packing slip serves as proof of warranty, and your purchase date can also be verified using your order number.

We will correct confirmed product defects within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days after the issue has been reported. If you believe a product is defective, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Do not use a product if you suspect it is defective, as it may pose a risk to your health.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute regarding your purchase cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, consumers in Finland may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

Before submitting a case to the Consumer Disputes Board, consumers should first contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services.
