Usva Cosmetics is a domestic natural cosmetics family business. We make the products by hand from carefully selected raw materials in our own small workshop in Lohja.
Our production methods are very gentle, so that the nutrients and vitamins of the raw materials remain of full quality and unchanged. We make our products in small batches and send them to our customers directly from our workshop, fresh and ready to use.

Rainforest plants that have enjoyed plenty of sun and moisture are rich in antioxidants, have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and irritated skin care properties.
On the other hand, due to the short but intense growing season, plants in the north are full of important vitamins and protective polyphenolic compounds and anthocyanidins. They are tough and contain plenty of omega-3, 6 and 9 fatty acids in a balanced ratio for the skin.
In Usva, we combine the best properties of these two plants from completely different conditions and produce effective, natural and unpretended skin care products that support the skin's natural function.
- Our products are 100% natural and vegan. In terms of animal abuse, we have stricter standards than many certified natural cosmetics, which allow the use of carmine and beeswax, for example.
- We do not add preservatives or any synthetic ingredients to our products. We design the products so that they work and last without extra additives.
- For us, responsibility and sustainable development are not just buzzwords and buzzwords, but we carefully study e.g. the overall social and environmental impact of our raw materials and packaging during their life cycle.
- We do not use any raw materials, the utilization of which adversely or irreversibly consumes nature. For example, producing sandalwood essential oil requires cutting down an endangered sandalwood and using its heartwood to extract the oil. At Usva, on the other hand, we only use ethically produced and renewable raw materials.
