Preparation instructions for perfect enjoyment

  1. Measure about 1 g (½ teaspoon) of matcha powder into a bowl.
  2. Add about 80 ml of hot water (recommended 80°C– avoid boiling water so that the flavor does not suffer).
  3. Whisk vigorously (preferably with a bamboo whisk) until a thick, beautiful foam forms on the surface.
  4. Enjoy as is or add your desired plant-based milk.

Welcome to the store

The small store is located in Forssa. The store operates in the same premises as Jaana's cleaning company. All of the store's furniture and plants come from clearances carried out by the cleaning company.

A second store opened in November 2024 in Kauppakeskus Humppilan Lasi. For the Humppila store, the aim was to highlight recycling even more, and items from clearances have taken on a larger role.
